Paul Barron.
About.

Influences

Barron's influences range from Picasso and Francis Bacon, to modern street art like Daim’s graffiti murals and Blek le Rat's stencils. The underground punk and hip-hop movement are his strongest influence.

Mediums

He does not limit himself to one medium. He uses everything he can get his hands on, from traditional oil paints and brushes to rollers and spray paint all the way to the digital world.

Barron silkscreens, carves woodcuts and stencils, then layers all that great stuff together. He is always doing photography to use for his graphic and web design or just to collage the ideas into his paintings. His motto is “by any mediums necessary!”

Paulitics

Barron's artwork is politically charged whether it’s reflecting on his current environment or the world he would like to see.

He aims to create a society without political, economic or social hierarchies - a society within which individuals freely co-operate together as equals.
